Once we've received your enquiry, we'll confirm your order details and pricing within 24 hours on weekdays.

Receive Your Free Digital Proof
Within 24–48 hours of receiving your artwork on weekdays, we'll send you a free digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the finished product.
The proof shows your artwork placed on the product at the correct size and in the correct print area. Review it carefully — check your spelling, logo placement, and any colour references.
If you'd like any changes, just let us know and we'll revise the proof at no extra charge. There's no limit on revisions before approval.

Approve & We Print
Once you're happy with the proof, simply reply to confirm your approval. Your order enters production immediately.
All printing is done in the UK. Our lead time is 8–13 working days from the date of your approval.
Note: printing on polymailers and frosted zipper bags is one side only, in one colour. All other products have their own print specifications — these are confirmed at the proof stage.

Once your order is complete, it's dispatched and delivered free to any UK address — no minimum spend, no exceptions.
We'll let you know when your order has been dispatched. Most orders arrive within the 8–13 working day window from proof approval.
If there's ever an issue with your order on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we'll put it right. Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied.

Artwork Requirements
Supplying your artwork correctly ensures the sharpest possible print and avoids delays at the proof stage.
File Formats
- PDF — preferred for all products
- JPEG / JPG — accepted for all products
- PNG — not accepted
- AI / EPS — not accepted (export to PDF)
Resolution
- 300 DPI minimum at finished size (all products)
- 150 DPI minimum at full size (roller banners only)
- Low-resolution files will produce blurry prints
- Screen resolution (72 DPI) is never sufficient
Colour & Design
- One colour print on polymailers and frosted bags
- One side print on polymailers and frosted bags
- Use CMYK colour mode where possible
- Colours may vary slightly from screen to print
Size & Bleed
- Artwork must match the product dimensions
- Include 3–5mm bleed on all edges where required
- Keep text 5mm from the finished edge
- Size templates provided on request
File Size
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Larger files may need to be compressed

How long does custom printing take in the UK?
Our lead time is 8–13 working days from the date your digital proof is approved. We send the free proof within 24–48 hours of receiving your artwork on weekdays.
What file format do I need to submit for custom printing?
We accept PDF and JPEG files. Your artwork should be at the correct dimensions for the product you've ordered, at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. For roller banners, 150 DPI at full size is sufficient.
Can I see a proof before you print my order?
Yes — every single order includes a free digital proof. We won't print anything until you've approved it. The proof shows exactly how your artwork will look on the finished product.
What if I don't have artwork yet?
No problem. The Craftionals offers logo and brand design services. We can create your logo, prepare your artwork for print, or both. Once your design is ready, we'll move straight to production.
Can I cancel my order after submitting?
Orders can be cancelled before the digital proof is approved. Once you've approved the proof and the order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible as the goods are printed specifically for you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 units for most products, including polymailers, frosted zipper bags, and round stickers. This makes custom printing accessible for businesses at any stage.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Free UK delivery is included on every order, with no minimum spend required. We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom.
Can I order multiple products together?
Yes. You can enquire about multiple products at once using our quote form. Each product will receive its own digital proof for your approval.
