Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed with The Craftionals (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website at thecraftionals.com, by telephone, email, or any other means. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Customer” means the person or business placing an order with us.
• “Order” means a request for goods or services placed with us.
• “Artwork” means any design file, logo, image, or content supplied by the Customer for printing.
• “Proof” means the digital representation of the finished product sent to the Customer for approval before production.
• “Goods” means the custom printed products or design deliverables produced by us.

2. Placing an Order

All orders are subject to acceptance by The Craftionals. An order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing (by email) and a digital proof has been approved by the Customer.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders where artwork contains unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

Minimum order quantities apply to all products. Please refer to the individual product pages at thecraftionals.com for current minimums.

3. Artwork and Files

The Customer is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. We accept files in PDF and JPEG format only. Artwork must be supplied at the correct dimensions for the ordered product, at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (or 150 DPI at full size for large-format products such as roller banners).

The Customer warrants that they own or have the right to use all content supplied in the artwork, including logos, images, and text, and that the artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We are not responsible for errors in artwork supplied by the Customer, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect colours, or missing elements. The Customer must review the digital proof carefully before approving it.

If artwork is supplied that does not meet our technical requirements, we will notify the Customer and request corrected files. Lead times are calculated from the date that acceptable artwork is received.

4. Digital Proofs

A free digital proof is prepared for every order and sent to the Customer for approval before production begins. The proof shows how the Customer’s artwork will appear on the finished product.

The Customer must review the proof carefully and either approve it or request amendments. Revisions are included at no extra charge. Production begins only after written approval from the Customer.

By approving a proof, the Customer confirms that the artwork, layout, spelling, sizing, and all other elements are correct. The Craftionals accepts no liability for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If a proof is not responded to within 14 calendar days, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and retain any deposit paid.

5. Print Specifications

Printing on custom polymailers and frosted zipper bags is one side only, in one colour. This is stated on the relevant product pages. Customers should ensure their artwork is designed accordingly.

Colour output from digital printing may vary slightly from colours as seen on screen. We cannot guarantee a precise colour match unless a specific Pantone reference has been agreed in writing. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.

6. Production and Lead Times

Our standard production lead time is 8–13 working days from the date the Customer approves the digital proof. This is a guideline, not a guarantee. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

We will notify the Customer if a significant delay is anticipated. We are not liable for losses arising from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier disruption.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are as quoted and confirmed in writing. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to require payment in full before production begins, particularly for new customers.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed in writing.

8. Delivery

Free UK delivery is included on all orders. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery is carried out by our chosen courier or postal service.

Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

If goods are lost in transit, the Customer must notify us within 10 working days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement order.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the digital proof has been approved by the Customer, subject to any costs already incurred.

Once a proof has been approved and the order enters production, cancellation is not possible. All goods produced are custom-made to the Customer’s specification and cannot be resold.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to craftionals@gmail.com.

10. Defective Products and Returns

If Goods arrive damaged or materially different from the approved proof, the Customer must notify us within 7 working days of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, reprint, or refund. We will not be liable for defects that were present in the approved proof, or for minor variations in colour or finish that fall within acceptable print tolerances.

As all Goods are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the Goods are defective. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

Artwork and designs created by The Craftionals as part of our design services remain the intellectual property of The Craftionals until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the Customer.

Artwork supplied by the Customer remains the Customer’s property. By submitting artwork to us, the Customer grants The Craftionals a limited licence to use the artwork solely for the purpose of producing the ordered Goods.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Craftionals’ total liability to the Customer in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with any order or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
